To hold an apartment: Visit our Rental info page, select the home you wish to move into, fill the out application completely and submit to the office with your holding deposit (the non-refundable deposit and application fee(s)). Initial deposits and move-in costs must be paid by cashier's check or money order only. We will also need copies of valid, state issued ID's and proof of income. Join Our Waiting List!
Put down a small holding deposit of $210 plus the application fee(s) and let us know what your estimated move in date will be. Any apartments that become available are offered at a first choice to people on our wait list before they are offered to new people walking in the door. This process is "risk free" in that if we don't have the style of apartment you wanted for the time frame you needed, then we refund the holding deposit and application fee(s) back to you!
Driving Directions:
Mountain Plaza is located at the corner of 10th St and N. Mountain Avenue, just north of Broadway. From the University of Arizona, find the intersection of E. 6th Street & N. Mountain Ave and head south to our address. From Interstate-10, exit on Congress St. heading east. Congress turns into Broadway Blvd just past downtown. Head east on Broadway to N. Park Ave. and make a left onto Park (at the light) heading north. Make a right onto 10th Street (which is the 2nd right) heading east and follow to our address.
